Sponge Cake

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 11/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Beat yolks, sugar, and a tablespoon hot water well together until creamy, add whites well beaten, lastly flour and baking powder.  Bake in hot oven.
