Aberdeen Sausage

  • 1 lb beefsteak
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, little salt

Put steak and bacon through mincer.  Mix with other ingredients, tie in cloth and boil 11/2 hours.
