Suburban Dreams continued

At the same time as suburban developments have retreated behind walls there have been redevelopments in inner city areas such as East Perth - again, exclusive in nature.  The high density of housing, built up over three and four stories is a rejection of suburban sprawl, even if many of the architectural elements are the same.
