This is the last will and testament of me Edmund Ashworth farmer of York Western Australia. After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Charlotte Ashworth all my real and personal estate whatever and wherever for the term of her natural life or so long as she remains my widow for her support and sustenance and that of our four children namely Charles Ashworth, James Ashworth, Frank Robert Ashworth and Nathan Ashworth until the said children shall arrive at an age enabling them to support themselves.
